Use this form for questions, data rights requests, deleting an account you cannot sign in to, illegal content notices and complaints. It works with JavaScript switched off.
What happens next
- Every correctly filled request gets the same confirmation. The form never checks whether an account exists for the address you type.
- The answer comes by e-mail from the contact address below. Data rights requests are answered within one month (30 days under Turkish law), free of charge. Complaints are acknowledged within 30 days.
- For a deletion or data request, GTJ confirms that the address belongs to the account by writing to that address before acting.
- At most five requests an hour are accepted from one connection or for one e-mail address.
- What you send is kept for 12 months and then deleted; see the privacy notice.
