Organise your UK Global Talent or US pathway preparation, get your document folders ready in your own workspace, and learn with people on a similar journey.
Private preparation is free, and during the launch period community participation is free too. What the launch period means
Registration is not open yet. When it opens, “Start free” will lead to sign-up, and no card will be asked for.
The encrypted document vault is in preview and not yet open for real documents.
Pick the country and route you are reading about. GTJ shows the preparation items that route’s published template lists, and answers questions about the platform from this site’s own pages. Nothing you do here is saved or sent anywhere.
Choose a route above to see its preparation items.
The file is opened by this page, in your browser. It is not uploaded, it is not stored, and it is not added to the link that takes you to GTJ. Leaving the page ends it.
This is a preparation picture. It is not a chance of acceptance.
Continue in GTJ Registration is not open yet. When it opens, this will carry the route you picked and nothing else.

UK Global Talent is a UK programme. The US has separate categories with different rules. GTJ keeps them apart, and it never tells you which one you qualify for: it shows the official sources and helps you organise.
Not decided yet? You can start in an explore mode that shows sources and comparisons, with no percentage.
Choose UK or US and the pathway you are reading about. You can keep two countries in separate workspaces.
Import your CV text, confirm the fields, put documents in folders and see the next task on your checklist.
Share your work in the community to get useful feedback, or help someone else. Sharing is always a separate decision.
Your workspace belongs to you, and it is being built so that community members, professionals and administrators cannot open it. Progress is counted from tasks you complete, each tied to an official source, so you can see why a task is there.
Preview status. The encrypted document vault is still being built and reviewed. It is not open for real sensitive documents yet.

Fictional example. The person, CV, folders, tasks and feedback below are invented. Nothing you choose here is saved or sent anywhere, and this preview asks for no documents.
The percentage is document-preparation progress: how many preparation tasks are done. It is not a chance of acceptance, and nobody can calculate one for you.
Showing: United Kingdom · Global Talent · Digital technology
Example folders (illustrative, not an official document list):
7/12 preparation tasks done = 58% (document preparation, not an acceptance chance)
Your second evidence item explains what the project does, but not what you personally did. One sentence about your own part would make it much easier to follow.
Written as if by a community member; no real person wrote it. Your private workspace is never posted automatically: sharing something with the community is a separate step you choose each time.
Add one sentence on your own role to evidence item 2.
Members share their own work, ask for specific feedback and react to posts they find useful. There are no public like counts to chase, no daily streaks and no pressure to post. Reading the community needs an account; it is not public.
What you prepare privately stays private. Posting something is a separate step you take on purpose.
Member discussions and profiles are not part of the public website. Public examples are fictional demonstrations, not member posts.

The professional directory is not open yet.
Launch period: free, and no payment is taken. Private preparation is free. During the launch period, members who register and verify their email address also get community participation at no cost, and they keep it after the launch period ends. No card is asked for. This describes the launch period only.

Start from the official pages. GTJ records the date it last checked each page and, where the page shows one, the page’s own review date. Official rules change; always read the current page.
No. Global Talent Journey is an independent product. It is not part of any government, it is not a law firm or an endorsing body, and nothing here is a government partnership.
No. UK Global Talent is a UK programme. O-1, EB-1, the EB-2 National Interest Waiver and H-1B are separate US categories with their own rules. They are not equivalents and do not turn into each other.
No. It counts how many document-preparation tasks you have completed. It says nothing about how a decision-maker will judge your case.
Not by default. A verified professional’s listing or an administrator role does not open anyone’s private files.
Nothing during the launch period. Private preparation is free, and members who register and verify their email address also get community participation, which they keep after the launch period ends. Nothing on GTJ gets you likes, visibility, a visa outcome or legal review.
The document vault is being designed so that files are encrypted with keys GTJ does not hold. That means a lost key needs your own recovery method, and GTJ will not be able to open the files for you. The design is still under security review and the vault is not open for real sensitive documents yet.
Yes. Exporting your data and deleting your account are separate from uninstalling an app. The account deletion page explains each.
There is no app store release yet. A link will appear here only once a real store release exists.
